yes. you can get pregnant. to be really safe, you need to be on Birth Control for at least 1 month for it to be totally working... but if you want to prevent pregnancy, you can take something called "Emergency Contraception" also called "Plan B" Plan B is available over the counter to men/women aged 18 and over at any pharmacy. Call the pharmacy first to see if they have it. you can take Plan B as long as 5 days after unprtoected sex or condom breakage or rape, But the sooner you take it, the better. Like if the condom breaks at 3am, then take the medicine at 3:10am. don't wait until morning, because once the egg/sperm hook up, it's too late and the medicine doesn't work. It does NOT cause an abortion. It does not cause the fetus to look weird. It just doesn't work. so you need to take the medicine as soon as possible.
