yes off course, the dogs dry skin can cause them to scratch their nose and make them irritated the only solution i found is to provide them skin nourishment for that i used lavender oil , which can make their skin smooth and soft, I also use the nose balm of Puppington which is really effective on her and makes her nose dry and crust free :)
