That probably is too long. Smell the wheat germ; if it is rancid you should notice. Wheat germ in jars should be refrigerated after opening.

An answer requires more information. It would depend on whether the bread is commercially baked, baked at home from a recipe, what kind of wheat is used (whole wheat bread also includes regular flour) and in what proportion, and what other ingredients were used to make the bread and how much of each ingredient.

Is honey wheat bread made with whole wheat and no high fructose corn syrup bread ok to eat when not eating processed foods?

Learn to read the label. At one time "100% whole wheat bread" meant you were eating whole wheat and nothing much else. After whole wheat bread became very desirable, the new labels on average bread read "made with 100% whole wheat bread". The new meaning was that the baker put a tiny bit of whole wheat bread into the formula. So read the label. Really, read the ingredients. My rule for bread is only one line of ingredients (when I am strict, only three ingredients: water, flour, yeast).

What kind of bread can you have if you are allergic to wheat yeast milk and eggs?

If you are allergic to wheat, yeast, milk, and eggs, you can have vegan bread that is not leavened with yeast and is made with a wheat substitute like rice flour, potato flour, or sorghum flour. Many quickbreads, such as banana bread, are not leavened with yeast and have been adapted to be vegan and gluten-free.

I actually did my last year's science fair on this... In theory, the store-bought bread will mold more slowly than the bakery bread. This is because the store bought bread is baked with all kinds of preservatives to give it a longer shelf life. However, most bakery breads are not.
