I know it is, but I also want to ask for thing, well first I'm 15 and I play hockey all winter and football all fall, but during the Summer I play no sports. I'm about 145 pounds and am not really overweight but I do have more fat around my stomach area than I should and want to get a six-pack. Also I do believe I take in more calories than I should because I eat alot of junk, but I am going to try and eat healthier. So I'm wondering
1.What exercises are best for me?
2.How long should I jog for to be able to achieve abs?
3.How much calories do you think I would burn in that distance?
4.How long do you think it will take to become slimmer?
5.What food are best (will fill me up and help lsoe weight)?
PS. I am the one who asked question just adding details
yeah. you can get them from sit ups, bikeing, jogging and swimming and hula hooping. I have 4 pack abbs but I'll have a 6 pack soon :)
B. Just to let you know there is a difference between having six pack abs and seeing your six pack abs. When you do nothing but abdominal exercises you will get great looking abs, but you won't be able to see them if you have a layer of fat on top of them.
the only way to get rid of that layer of fat is by doing more cardio and burning more calories than you take in every day.
yea you can you juz have to run every day for like an hour or 30 minutes the most and dont eat before you run or you will vomit lol...no but its true
that is part of what you can do . you should also do push-ups

Six pack abs.
Yes, there is such a thing as a six pack abs (on the abdomen).
no
You cannot develop "six-pack" abs in one day.
Six pack abs refer to the top most muscles of the abdomin. The six pack refers to six muscles, three on each side, starting just below the rib cage and spanning to the waist. A google search on six pack abs images will show you what they look like.
Ryan Gosling's ripped abs make his abs the best six pack abs in the world!
No, you cannot get six pack abs in three minutes.
It is nearly impossible to get a six pack abs from diet alone. Abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups help greatly with developing a six pack.
You don't. It takes way longer than that to get six pack abs. Good luck man.
