Not unless you complained to the employer and gave them a reasonable opportunity to remedy the illegal condition ... IF it existed.
If it did not exist, or if you didn't complain, zero UI benefits.

A hostile work environment (if a court agrees that there is such in your case) would be a good reason to quit and something that is not your fault. Assuming you meet the other standards for receipt of unemployment then you would likely be eligible.
