Yes.
You will have to pass a written test, a road test and a vision test to get a license.
It depends on where you are. In the US, different states may set different conditions. Check your state's Department of Motor Vehicle website.

True
You have to be 16 to get a Drivers License in the state of Florida. You can get your Learners Permit at age 15. But, if you turn 18 and are without a Learners Permit (or license), you can skip the permit and get the license after the basic driving tests.
Yes, but it depends in which state you reside. In Nevada, it is 6 months. Also, there can be special circumstances (such as hardship) that you are able to drive earlier than even 15 1/2. Check your dmv for more information.
According to Georgia's website (see attached link) a valid learner's permit must be held for a year and a day before you can take a road test. Age has nothing to do with it.
Yes. A learner's permit is a privelege given to someone under the legal driving age so that he or she can practice driving while learning. But once you're 18 or older, you can obtain a regular license never having had a learner's permit, assuming you've satisfied all other testing requirements. Well, you can get your permit the day you turn 16. Then once you have that for 6 months you can get your license! Well, you can get your permit the day you turn 16. Then once you have that for 6 months you can get your license!
In Texas you can only drive alone with an actual license. If you have a permit you have to have at least an adult with you (18+) if not your legal guardians only. This is regardless of age.
yes you canunless you turn it into a company.
as of most recently checked, yes you do....and you need to pass a driver test. as long as you completed a driver education course and received your 5hr sheet the 6 months of having your permit is irrelevant. you can be 16 when you get your permit but if you turn 17 within those 6months and completed a drivers ed course you are all good to go schedule your roadtest and get a full license
It depends on the state you live in and how old you are. In Arizona you can get your permit when you are 15 and 7 months old. 5 months later you can get your license when you turn 16.
U CAN CALL YOUR LOCAL DMV (DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES)TO GET THE ANSWER TO THAT QUESHTION.
I believe at 14 and 8 months you get your learners permit which enables you to drive with a parent or person over the age of 21. At 16 you are able to take your "road test" to get your drivers permit which looks the same as a regular drivers license, however you are on "probation" until you turn 18 and they mail you your "operators license".
