yes you can but usually there is a period of time you have to wait. Check your local dmv for that amount of time.
"Ajudicated" means that the matter was heard and decision rendered by the judge/hearing officer. "Revoked" mean what it implies (i.e.- a drivers permit was revoked).
Yes it can, depending on your state.
Normally the permit is revoked. The driver must then retake the driver's test in order to obtain the permit again.
If you get caught by the police yes.
It depends on the laws involved and why the license was revoked. It may be possible to get a partial right back.
no
If you get your American citizenship revoked, A.K.A expatriated, it is impossible to get it back.
That would depend on why it was revoked, in some cases you can get them back.
This would depend on your states statute, and the judge, but I would not be surprised if it were revoked, or the driver having to wait a longer period (say 17 or 18) until they can get a drivers license.
It depends, but the basic answer is, the permit is valid unless it has been revoked by the state that issued it. In some states such as Tennessee, you can still keep a permit if you have a DUI, as long as it wasn't a felony DUI.
Not enough info -BUT- Was your license/permit permanently revoked in PA, or did you just not bother to re-apply after your suspension period was over? If permanently revoked by PA you're going to have a problem. If you just didn't re-apply, but all other stipulations of your DUI sentence were satisfactorily completed, you shuold be able to successfully get a FL permit.
You'll typically have to have any fines and/or sentences fulfilled before you'll able to upgrade from a permit to a licence, but unless it's a ticket which caused your permit to be revoked, it shouldn't impede you from being able to get an actual licence.
