The Rabbit-proof fence was made out of wood and wire.
rabbit proof fences have mesh on them as well as wire
I want to use wire mesh for the new rabbit hutch that I am building.
you give it rabbit food
Wire mesh (chicken wire) at least 48 inches wide and 30 feet long.. Metal posts at least 12 inches longer than the width of the wire, to fix the corners. This will create an area 9 feet by 6 feet - which will give the rabbit plenty of space to run around. Dig a narrow trench in a rectangle 9 feet by 6 feet. Bury the chicken wire at least 6 inches deep in the trench (the posts at least 6 inches deeper to provide secure anchorage). Tie the chicken wire to the posts for stability - use cores of electrical wire so the rabbit won't chew through them. Make sure there are no sharp edges the rabbit could injure itself on.
There is a rabbit in the garden. The dog is about to see the rabbit that is in the garden.Watch how the dog chases the rabbit out of the garden.I hope the rabbit escapes.
The rabbit ran in the field of grass.
Using a rabbit hutch with a wire floor can lead to potential drawbacks such as causing discomfort and injury to the rabbit's feet, leading to health issues like sore hocks. Additionally, wire floors can be harder to clean and maintain, increasing the risk of bacterial infections for the rabbits.
get a diffenrant cage the rabbit will be un comfertable imagion if you were walking on cold wire all day get on ewith a wood bottom orput some grass/hay on the floor
I once gave my rabbit a Cheez-It... and part of a croissant. But you could give him/her a grape, since it is rather sweet. My rabbit loves grapes ;)
If there is no wire in the bottom they certainly can and will dig out.
give it food
