The answer is NO! Onions are poisonous to many animals, it is not certain that onions are poisonous to rabbits but at the least they have known immuno-suppressant effects on the rabbit. Onion may cause anaphylaxis in rabbits, and/or haemolytic anemia.
It is highly suggested that you do not risk it, do not feed onions to rabbits.
