You should work towards a goal, such as level 100 cb, rather than taking someone else's work.

Besides, i don't think someone will just pop up and give you an account like that. =\

Obviously yes, the highest level you can be in f2p (free 2 play) in runescape is 126, if you are p2p (pay 2 play), its level 138 sense the Summoning skill is members only. if you have anymore questions, email me at Tyjo719@aol.com

No, but im quitting runescape sadly.=( But before I quit I was considering to have a massive drop party in world 1, but then I thought no, cause then all lvl 3's would get good stuff, and I don't want noobs to be rich and stuff. That is a very silly question because of course not someone would sell a rs account for free, especially a lvl 100 one. they wasted all that time of course it won't be for free. and no, i do not have a lvl 100 acc. for sale.

Nobody is going to give away a perfect Runescape account for free. Besides doing so in either case for free or for money is illegal and could cause you to get banned.
