I can only describe the pain I recieved from them as like tiny little bombs going off in my stomach. I would eat a salad then be fine for 10-15 mins then boom! Abdominal cramps and intense pain, this may last for 30 mins or so. The pain was intense enough to double me over on occasion. Once I stopped eating them little buggers I have been pain free now for over 6 years.
