Its not common for that to happen but if it does occur its natural. If you or anyone else has any queries go and see your doctor.

Yes, although it's not actually breast milk. It is colostrum which is what you get before the milk comes in. If it is a problem for you, try buying some nipple pads to soak up any leakages

Why am I producing milk in my breast?

Milk is produced in the breast due to hormonal reaction. The breasts will lactate if the woman is pregnant and closer to the end of the third trimester. It could also be due to hormonal imbalances, which should be looked at by a physician or medical professional.

How Breastfeeding Work?

Breastfeeding works in 2 stages. The first stage is pre-birth. Around your second trimester you will begin to make colostrum (this is the first milk you will make and your baby will have). The hormone progesterone will keep the colostrum milk from leaking from your breast and your breast from becoming full. Once you give birth and the placenta is removed from your body the hormones progesterone and estrogen levels will drop. The drop of your progesterone level will start milk production and allow for a let down of milk. This stage the milk is controlled by your hormones. The second stage is where the breast controls the stimulation of milk. As you remove the milk from your breast whether it's removed by a nursing baby or by a pump the removal of milk through the breast is what controls the milk production. The emptier your breast the more milk you will make. When your breast become full of milk the FIL in your breast will slow production down, it's not until your breast are emptied and there are less FIL present that you will continue to make milk. I hope this answers the question lol.

Why is metronidazole contraindicated with pregnancy?

its only containdicated in the first trimester of pregnancy and in breast feeding why its contraindicated in first trimester pregnancy: it crosses the placenta, in animal drug trials this had no effect on mice at 5x the normal dose, however it had a statistically significant increased mortality in human pregnant females, due to this the study was stopped and never completed, it is unknown why this occurs in humans why its contraindicated in breast feeding: it gets in to breast milk and causes increased tumors currently the only indication i know of for metronidazole in pregnancy is trichomniasis infection, which even if caught during first trimester, shouldnt be treated until at least the second trimester
