A bladder infection may cause spotting but you might also think about a yeast infection. You may want to let your dr. know about it and they will check it out for you. Yeast infections are real common in pregnancy, But don't get a yeast infection cream until you know for sure that, that's what it is.

∙ 13y agoYes you can. It is an infection in the bladder, caused by bacteria overgrowth. Drinking cranberry juice was the method of the native American women, and still has value today.
This will keep the bladder flushed of toxins, as long as it is pure cranberry, no preservatives.However, may I strongly suggest that if this is a condition you are experiencing right now, get to your doctor, as a course of antibiotics may be advised.
