This is on a state by state basis. I believe in the state of MS if you have a felony charge in the past five years you can not purchase a handgun. I believe it is 2 years for long gun.

Sorry, have to disagree with above. This is NOT state-by-state, but governed by Federal law, under Title 18, US code. A person that has been convicted of a felony may NOT possess a firearm, whether rifle, pistol, or shotgun. The law does not distinguish between the various crimes that you could be convicted of, other than to define felony. Violation of this is a serious felony in itself, and carries MANDATORY Federal prison time- no probation, no parole. Please consult an attorney in your state.
Not yet, still a misdeanor
You do not need licenses for airsoft guns, as they are not firearms.
Depends on where you live.
No.
If you have a felony, you can become a doctor. I did not find specifically an Oncologist. It does depend on your state. You would have to research the laws about doctor's licenses.
The agency that issues the license will tell you.
There are different types of insurance licenses and criteria vary by type. In some instances those with a felony cannot obtain a license and in other cases felony charges are not an issue.
A gunsmith Actually, a gunsmith repairs guns. A "maker" is typically called a manufacturer. Some gunsmiths have manufacturers licenses, some do not.
Yes, you can not. Being denied ownership of or access to firearms is a consequence of a felony conviction.
It would be difficult. Even working nurses can be stripped of their licenses for DUIs.
No - that is theft, all the same. Theft of a firearm is a felony.
No. Federal law prohibits felons from owning guns.
