Can you help me.. my dog has little red bumps on its belly and it itches. Is it an allergy or something else?

I see this daily...one of two things. Flea allergy or something it's come into contact with. Your vet will tell you to use flea control, or prescribe medication for the itching and possibly antibiotics. No big deal.
