NO.
After 10.6 there are no more PPC drivers, software, etc, that a PPC computer can access. 10.5 is the last upgrade you can get for a PPC computer.
In 10.5 or earlier, the Intel computer would only access the Intel drivers, core software, etc, from the installer DVD that are written for the Intel processor so it would not install any PPC software.
