Just unplug the electrical connector and then unscrew the oxygen sensor out of the exhaust pipe.
No, they must be replaced when they wear out. Sure. Pull it out, clean the end with a wire wheel or brush and re-install. O2 sensors don't usually fail, they just get dirty.

THE O2 SENSOR IS LOCATED ON THE MANIFOLD. IT JUST UNSCREWS OFF THE SIDE OF IT, THEN YOU JUST UNPLUG IT.
