Ducks can not safetly be kept with chickens, especially any of the North American breeds of chicken. We have two Columbian Cokelord malards and they ate all our herd of 30 chickens in a matter of seconds. BUYER BEWARE!
Chickens fight other chickens and ducks fight other ducks!
Usually, they get along.
I am assuming you want to know how to keep your chickens from eating the ducks food and the ducks from eating the chicken food. First ands easiest way is to keep the ducks separate/feed separate. If this is not possible and they free range together try placing the ducks food in an area surrounded by water, adult chickens by nature don't like to get wet, ducks do. If the duck food is only accessible by crossing a water barrier then the chickens will stay out of it.
chickens are related to ducks
ducks are different for chickens because chickens lay eggs and ducks don't+ ducks live in rivers and chicks don't like water
You can easily keep chickens or ducks, but ducks need a bit more space than chickens and be prepared for a mud bath! You might be able to raise a small herd of sheep ( 5 or 6) or you could keep some donkeys.
No, you can not.
No Chickens do not ducks
The generic name for geese, ducks, chickens and turkeys is poultry.
same as chickens! See chickens
You can keep ducks, but I am not sure about goats. You can also keep chickens, the township just prefers you do not keep roosters because of the noise. You can email the township and ask about the goats, and someone will usually get back to you in 24 hours.
ducks and chickens should not be put togather. ducks and geese are able to be together though.
