Results are not considered accurate after that amount of time has elapsed. After 10 minutes it is said to disregard all results. If you still think you could be pregnant, then take another one in 3 days preferably with your first morning urine.

∙ 14y agoNo, some pregnancy tests say they can give you an accurate result 5 days before your missed period. If you get a negative result, it is best to test again a couple days following your missed period to ensure you are in fact not pregnant. If you get a positive more than likely you are pregnant as it is more likely to get a false negative than a false positive. If you do get a faint positive and are still unsure, take another test a couple days following your missed period and if that test is positive call your doctors office and make an appointment. It is more accurate to wait 14 or 15 days after conception. Everything needs to get in place and ready and if you don't give it time you won't get the right answer.

Usually the doctors say the age is LMP. So if they say 15 weeks, it'd be about 13 weeks since conception.

You cannot miscarry at 3 weeks as you would not even know you are pregnant. If you miscarried 3 weeks after conception that is 5 weeks pregnant not 3 weeks.
