There is a fuse box located right underneath the ashtray console. Within it there are 3 fuses. One should be labled as "Flasher".
Pull the ashtray out utill stop. Push the heat shield downward and give a little more pull, the ashtray will pull away from the housing. With flash light look up at the ashtray housing, you should be able to locate 2 Philips screws. Undo these screws and the whole housing will drop, the light bulb bracket located between these two screw holes. Twist the bulb housing, pull the bulb. It takes #74 wedge bulb.

The 2002 Oldsmobile computer is located behind the passenger side dashboard. You will need to remove the passenger side kick plate in order to access the computer.
Traditionally the engine computer for a 1990 Jaguar xj6 is located in the car near the engine. The computer can also locate behind the dashboard near the engine.
The vacuum tree is located at the back of the upper intake manifold on the MPFI engines. Edited answer: the vacuum tree is located (looking from the front of the motor) on the right rear side (driver's side) of the upper intake maniforld. You can locate the disconnected hose and reinsert it to one of the vaccum branches. Do this with a cold engine, a flashlight. Reach your hand through the wires, locate the hose and reconnect. For an older aerostar, there is probably oil on the vaccum tree, you may want to clean it with a non-flammable cleaner fluid/cloth.
If the flashers work, change the fuse. It is located behind the ashtray/cigarette lighter area. You'll need to remove the cover, the fuse was a pain for me to locate when I had to change mine. But that is where mine was, and that fixed my problem. Hope this helps you.
