Absolutely! What's better is that you can do it safely. It is not safe to lose more than two pounds a week (and you are more likely to re-gain if you do lose more than this recommended amount per week.) If you figure there are 24 weeks in six months and double that you get 48. So you can safely lose up to 48 pounds in 24 weeks.
That said, diet or exercise alone will not achieve long-lasting results. These two must be combined! Focus on living heathfully each day--eat well and get at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week. Focus on a lifestyle change, and the pounds will come off!
Have a limb amputated. No really, you didn't gain 70 pounds in one week, how can you expect to lose it in one week? It would be aggressive to try and lose 70 pounds in 6 months. That would be 3 pounds a week and that is very hard!
Diet and exercise. You have to want it bad enough to actually work for it.
It's different for everyone, but I would hope it would take at least 6 months.
you have to lose 6 pounds
6 pounds in a week
100 pounds
Get Surgery. Its impossible.
it depends on how much you weigh
lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks
I don't see why not, it worked for me!
forty years 12 months = 1 year 6 months = 1/2 year 80 x 1/2 = 80/2 = 40/1 = 40
I don't think you will lose much if anything if at. You should exercise every other day for about 30 minutes or more (and be vegetarian or vegan). Don't eat after 6-7pm.
