Do lean cuisine work?

Lean Cuisine can work as long as you match it with exercise and a sensible over all diet. What lean cuisine does is that it quicker and easier to find low fat or low calorie meals. You could prepare those meals yourself though if you are short on time it might be a better option than eating junk food all the time. I think lean cusine lot of times is a good alternative to fast foods though you cant rely on it by itself. You have to monitor your calorie intake, you fat intake and make sure you are getting enough of food from different food groups such as vegetables, grains, meats or alternative and diary. So just eating lean cuisine wont make you lose weight though it can be part of an over all weigh loss program.
