You can lose wait if you do not eat or exercise. Eating unhealthy makes you gain weight. If that unhealthy food is sugar (doughnuts,candy etc.) that food will make you have more energy then that energy dies down and makes you tired. During the process of digestion those unhealthy foods will turn into sugar if it is mostly sugar.
