Yes. You can set up a formula that will calculate the age of a person based on their date of birth. Say the date of birth was in cell A3, you could have a formula like this:
=INT((TODAY()-A3)/365.25)
It won't always be perfectly accurate, sometimes out by a day around the birthday, but other than that it will show the correct age. Because it uses the TODAY() function, it will work based on the current date when the file is opened. The INT function just gets the whole number part of their age. To allow for leap years, after finding the amount of days by subtracting the date of birth from today's date, it will divide the result by 365.25.
