No the closest you can come to doing this is with a air shifter. It is controlled by a button that you press with your thumb. You will still need to work the cluch though the air shifter will help change gears, but as for the clutch, you can get a auto clutch, they where first made to help out the disabled riders out there who lost a limb but are now used more by the lazy riders who feel pulling back a clutch lever to be to much work. they are are easy to install but your looking at about $500 usd for one. the down side to them is a lack of control when at very slow speeds, but it's not a big problem as most riders dont ride slow!
