Generally speaking, I would say that the answer is no if you are doing this as a work at home contractor. There may be an exception out there that someone has found which works but I certainly have not heard of one such scheme that does anything other less than cost the individuals money. I guess that if you think about it logically, why would it ever be more economical for an organisation to contract such services out to home workers? What tends to happen is that you either have to pay a registration fee up front (illegal in some countries) or provide the materials, envelopes and stamps yourself as well as being encouraged to find potential customers to mail to. The real give away here is that you will find yourself being encouraged to advertise locally in shop windows etc to find others who would be interested in mailing out envelopes from home. This of course is what you applied for in the first place! The final bite to what I really believe is a scam is that you only get paid if your mail out produces a result but how far can you trust the organisation to pay you for such results when only they will know what response was received ? My own advice is if it look too good to be true, it usually is.
