'modded' means modified, so a modded Nintendo ds lite would have had some sort of modification such as:
- Case mod - replacing the case with a different style (such as transparent)
- Rapid-fire mod - adding a rapid fire button
- Light mod - replacing or adding extra lights (most common are sound-sensitive)
- Firmware mod - changing the internal firmware for extra features not available from the original OS/firmware (eg running homebrew)

∙ 12y agoYou rather than modding must get a flash card if you are interested in playing imports or roms. If you want costom leds, cases you have to buy them off the net and then open your ds to install them. (i recoomend getting others to do this) also R4 rulers!
