I'm going to guess, in the United States, no, not legally. One of the ineligible classes for owning a gun is defined as: any person/people "adjudicated as mental defectives or incompetents or those committed to any mental institution." I don't enough about Autism to define it, but I suspect it falls into that category. As long as you have a gun permit then you can have a gun. And you can have autism.
Yes, you can own a gun if you're Autistic. For one not all autistic people know that they are autistic or have an official diagnosis, so those who allow people to have guns may have no way of telling if someone is autistic or not. There is no law that prevents autistic people from owning a gun.
Yes, of course aperson with autism can get a gun. There are no restrictions on autistic people when it comes to purchasing guns.
There's no such thing as a mild form of Autism - a person is either Autistic or they're not, how they're effected can be mildly but this can change throughout their lives. There are no restrictions on Autistic people owning a gun, as long as they have the capacity for responsible gun ownership.
If there's any record of it, no.
Autism doesn't come in a defined state. Some have it bad, some have it lighter. Someone with a milder form can certainly live on their own.
No you do not have to be a gun expert to own a gun. As long as you are of legal age to own a firearm and you do not have any felony offenses on your record, you can own a gun.
No if the gun is not registered in your name , no you can not own a gun. if you do not have license to own a gun you can not have it either
Autism isn't something that you overcome, Autism is your identity - you are always Autistic, there is no way to change that. As someone who is Autistic you will still display traits of your neurology.
wake up from autism
no he didn't!
Autism Walk is promoted by Autism Speaks to increase their profits, Autism Speaks is considered to be a hate group by Autistic people - if you care about Autistic people you don't give a single penny to that organisation. If you want to walk for Autism start your own walk, make it free and ask for donations, and support an Autism charity that helps Autistic people.
If you mean "own" a gun, no. Felons cannot own or possess guns.
he had autism but at around 14,he had his own business
