Many people in todays society think that perms are a throwback to the 80's however they are SO current it is unreal. Perming your chest hair shows you not only appreciate the historical importance of the classic 'Keegan-cut' but are prepared to move it forward and make it current.
Start with a small area first and see how you get on, I would recommend perming the central-upper section, that way if you want to stop at that point, you will have a classic chest-perm-mullet which is a great look all year round.
