Yes, assuming you have correctly connected your Xbox to the internet, either through a wireless add on or by ethernet cable, there should be no problems connecting it to xbox live. An Xbox 360 Arcade does possess the bare essentials needed to log onto Xbox Live and conduct online gaming. However, this may put a strain on the limited resources that come with an Arcade unit. Obtaining some other means of storage is recommended. Ordinarily, this would mean a Memory Unit or a Hard Drive Unit, but a recent software update also allows the use of USB Mass Storage devices (memory sticks, card readers, hard drives, etc.) to an extent.
you can, you will need connection to the internet and a Live subscription and memory storage either a 256mb card or hard drive. the only difference between arcade and premium that i have found is the silver disc tray, so it is bsically the same but doesnt have a chrome disc tray.
You can but you will need a hard drive, which you can get in 20GB 60GB 120GB forms and all so a way to connect to the router, ethernet cable (wired) or wireless adapter (wireless). wired obviously being the cheaper option.
