Not without extra software - Xbox games can only be played on an Xbox without it. The legality of such Xbox emulation software is questionable, but as long as you own the game and are using the actual game disc and not a copy, you are probably ok.
well put the xbox game into the xbox360 disc tray and find out it can only play a certain of 300 games of the xbox !

No it can't, the only purpose of copying the games on to it is the loading times in game and such... although... if you go ahead and chip you Xbox (not recommended) you can copy the games and play without disc.
