The type of RAM your motherboard supports can only use that type and no other. If you have DDR2, you can not place a DDR or DDR3 module. If you mean can the game run the same on another system with different RAM, then quite possibly, but the speed of that memory may not be suitable for it.
No, the slots for DDR2 RAM is different from the DDR RAM. You cannot use DDR RAM with DDR2 slot.
DDR. Technically, there is no "DDR1", only "DDR" and DDR2".
DDR is not as fast ad the DDR2 ans that is the main difference.
no.
A DDR2 memory stick cannot be installed correctly in a DDR slot.
No DDR and DDR2 Slots are differant on Motherboard so cant replace each another
No DDR2 and DDR are not compatible and so you can not add DDR2 RAM module in a DDR Slot. Electrical specifications like voltage, signal pinout and even mechanical size and shape of modules are different.
ddr, or ddr2
no...you can't
Yes. DDR2 memory has double the transfer rate of DDR memory.
No, DDR and DDR2 are different types of memory. DDR2 supports higher speeds and has different socket. Check your laptop manufactore website to find out which type of memory your laptop works with.
DDR has a 184-pin DIMM interface and DDR2 has 240. DDR2 runs cooler and has generally slower timings but is a lot faster than DDR in the end. DDR2 is capable of holding more ram on one DIMM.
