YES YOU CAN! First when you are at the main menu tell the other person to sign in. Then after you two have signed in, player one press the X button, a screen will pop up then select create lobby then select versus mode, when your in that screen you can select to be either a Survivor or a infected. You have to have at least two people to do this, one of you has to be an infected and one a human. The infected usually lose but its fun to be the infected for once. I hope that I have helped someone.
