Yes you can.
there are a few ways to input audio from your Android phone or device to the radio,
the best way is if you have the aux input jack just purchase a 3.5 headphone cable to 3.5 the same connector in both ends
if you don't have any ways to input audio , you can use a Bluetooth or FM transmitter, i like the Bluetooth better because there are no cables and you can download the application for free and control the Bluetooth receiver
the unit you need is the isimple brand go to Google or Yahoo and search for
( Android bluetooth audio input interface adapter )
There actually is not an aux input in the stereo. Now you can hold down the cd button to see if your stereo is equipped with an aux output. If your stereo switches to aux mode than you have to purchase an aux cable and must be installed on the back of the deck in the wiring!
There isn't one. If you wand an AUX input, you need to buy an adapter or an aftermarket stereo. There isn't one. If you wand an AUX input, you need to buy an adapter or an aftermarket stereo.

If the radio does not have a plug for aux input, then a new radio needs to be connected. A new radio with an aux plug and connector needs to be installed in the Range Rover.Ê
Mine does, but I can't figure out how to change the stereo to aux mode from fm or cd
Yes you can.

It probably could if it has some kind of aux input.
I also have an 05 Escape Limited. I do not have an AUX input. If you purchase an after market deck, you'll be able to use the AUX through the new deck.
