There are no book publishers who will publish your work for free. If you write a good enough book, they will buy it from you! You can publish anything yourself (called self publishing), but it costs several hundred dollars and you have to sell the books yourself after they are printed.

Yes, it is possible to get a book published if you are under the age of eighteen. Many young authors have successfully published books. The key is to have a strong manuscript and to find a publisher or literary agent who believes in your work.
You're presently underage, so you will need a parent or guardian to take responsibility for this project. It's a Legal Thing.
First, get a copy of Elements of Style by Strunk and White. ALL writers have this book on or near their desk and they read it often. If you plan to publish, you have to show good spelling and grammar skills or no one will take you seriously. The book is at the library and there are lots of copies at used bookstores. Always write like an educated adult and they will respect you for it.
Make friends with the 808 section of your library. It has 100s of books on writing. The more you know, the less chance you have of getting ripped off by publishing bad guys.
Second, join Absolute Write's free forums. They have a "share your work" thread where you can get feedback on your work to help make it better. Google to find them.
Third, you submit your work to an advance paying publisher. Go into any bookstore and find works similar to your own. The publisher's name will be on the inside front pages. Check the submission guidelines at their website and follow those to the letter.
If they do not accept unagented submissions, start shopping for an agent. Look up writers with work similar to your own and ask them who their agent is.
Yog's Law--and you will find it on Wiki--Money always flows toward the writer. Follow it and you'll stay out of trouble!
Run away from ANY fee-charging agent and any publisher that wants money from you. They will be scammers.
Run away from print mills like Publish America. They claim to be a "traditional" publisher, but are only a printer with a track record of unhappy customers. Their "advance" is one dollar. Their books are overpriced, and they only ever try to sell them to the author, not the public. Google Publish America + "scam" to learn more.
Accept that however good your book and however hard you've worked on it, that it may not sell to a publisher. They are looking to make money by reselling your words, so it they say no, it's nothing personal.
You write something even better and keep trying. Reading your library's 808 section will help you with this!
If you absolutely must have a copy to hold in your hands, then lulu-dot-com is an honest, low cost place to do it.
If you want to sell books at no cost to yourself, then go to Lulu and open a store front. They print them one at a time as orders are placed, and you set the price over their costs. If it costs them 5.00 to print a book, then you can sell it for 6.00 and keep the difference.
You can find quality photos for covers at a low price at Istockphotos.com.
Keep in mind that most self-published books sell fewer than 25 copies, if that many. Most new writers will not sell any.
But most of all go to Absolute Write and make friends. They can totally help you!
Good luck!

When you're stressed you should talk to a guardian or parent if you are younger than eighteen, and if you're older than eighteen, speak to someone you can trust and someone who is older than you and has experienced stressful times. You could also go and see a counsellor, pastor, psychiatrist, etc. and tell them about your stress.Just try not to worry and sort things out as soon as possible.
