I am not sure exactly what you mean by this question, but I thing you mean, "When you put your laptop into sleep mode does it shut down?" the answer to the question I just stated would be: When you put your laptop into sleep mode, it does not shut down, it just turns the screen blank to save battery power. To exit out of sleep mode you can either move around your mouse, or press any button on your keyboard. Once you do this, all the windows that you had up when you turned your computer to sleep, should still be on your screen. Hope this helped!
It will turn off. Because "sleeping" still takes power from the battery, unless the laptop is connected to the power source.
when the system is on sleep, it pauses the download. because the sleep mode is for saving resources like power. so all the stuff goes to suspend mode. the system must be in running mode for downloading. For laptop you can change the setting which says that do not put laptop on sleep when lid is closed.
All batteries will drain a small amount, even if they are not being used. However, a substantial battery drain would be due to a problem with the battery or laptop. Make sure that the laptop is indeed off, though. With Vista, clicking the power button in the start menu will not shut down the laptop, but will instead put it into sleep mode. This continues to drain the battery. Some of the lights on the computer will still be lit when the laptop is in sleep mode, while no lights will be on if the laptop is turned off.
yes, but you have to put them on "air plane mode" when you are told to.
i believe no gaming products can be played on plane.........and if you bring on the plane you have to put it on airplane mode
That's a good question , first of all there's pro's and cons about that sometimes when you get your computer to go on sleep mode it makes your burning time slower and sometimes wreck your computer system , so i would suggest to just leave it how it is =D
check you power options If you have vista Control Panel> System and Maintenance>Power Options = Check the Set time Power options>Advanced Settings >Display
Hi To put your device in DFU mode Hold the sleep/wake button and the home button for 10-20 secs. Easy.
yes just turn it off or put it in flight mode
If you mean sleep mode, then all you have to do is put the screen down. Unfortunately, there isn't a hibernate mode such as in windows.
