Generally, any app you can download across a Wi-Fi network is under 10 megabytes (mb), and all apps you cannot download across a Wi-Fi network are above 10 megabytes (and you will know because a text box will appear telling you that you must connect to a computer because the file size of the app is over 10 megabytes).
