Can you put rims from a Lexus on a '02 Dodge Stratus?
If your '02 Stratus has the same bolt pattern and your wheel wells have enough room to be able to turn fully. Only one way to find out. Do it!
The Stratus 4 door sedan and Stratus coupe are two different cars and share few if any parts. The wheels have different bolt circles. The sedan uses a 5x100mm wheel and the coupe uses a 5x114mm wheel. Not all Lexus's use the same bolt circle but most are 114mm. The center bore may be a problem, though. Check it before you buy anything.
There wasn't a 1991 Dodge Stratus.
No, it will not interchange.
You put brake fluid in the brake fluid reservoir on a 1998 Dodge Stratus. This is located on the master cylinder, under the hood, on the driver's side.
Yes, you can put 20 inch rims on a 2006 Lexus GS 300 as long as the rims have the same bolt pattern as your existing rims. You should be aware though that putting bigger rims and tires on your vehicle can affect the gas mileage.
you open the hood and put it in
Because that is what dodge put on there......
If they are the same body styles, yes.
Premium is ok
You put it in the coolant reservoir, a plastic container with a radiator cap on it
I have a 2003 Dodge Stratus 2.4 AC Compress won't turn on put more R134 and replaced relay switch. What else would there be to check
You add it down the dipstick tube.
Remove the cap on the valve cover and pour it in there.
yes.....you can put 30z on a dodge charger if you want.
Depends on the tread of the tire. You may have to cut the wheel well rubber. Why would you put 20's on that car anyway. Rotational Inertia is a term that you need to look up regarding wheel that are larger than 17".
yea. i have a 01 rt on 20's an it fits fine. only 1 tire rubs but its brand new so its still very thick. i also have spaces on the back tires which are cheap an easy to put on
No, they will not clear the brake calipers.
No, they will not fit.
NO. You need to read your own question.
No, 15 inch rims will not clear the brake calipers.
I just got 24's put on my 02 durango yesterday
you can put 24" on the magnum without changing or having to cut anything. the tire size is 275/25/24
Of course you can but that doesn't mean it should be done or that it would be worth the time and money to do it.
Remove belt. Remove the bolt and then pull the pulley off. Put new pulley in position. Put the belt back on.
I have 285/75R/16 on my 99 dodge 1500 I used my stock rims. They fit find.
Yes, 17 inch rims will fit.
If you are wanting to switch from a V6, you will need a different transmission, wiring harness, and computer.
UMM no i had a buddy to try but it will not fit in his it was a 2003 r/t and we took it to a specialist and he said the car will not allow it
pull the old spark plug out then put the new one>>>>>>.sukcer
Only if you have 16 inch rims that fit the Durango. You can not put 16 inch tires on 15 inch rims.
Are the wheels rubbing on anything?
I do not have a diagram, but I do have a '98 Dodge Stratus. My battery is in front of the driver's side front tire. You have to put the car up on jacks and remove the driver's side front tire, then remove a plastic cover plate, and the battery will be behind that. It's incredibly difficult and it makes no sense to me, but there you have it.
Yes they can fit just fine. That model has a large wheel base. U might even be able to put 24 inch rims on it. However u would need to lift it for that. But 22"s fit snug.
un-bolt it, take the belt off, and then disconnect the wired connections, then reverse order to put the new on back in.
Inside where you put the coolant in the car you have 2 bolts that hold the housing down replace that gasket if you open, Declan.
you put a funnel where the dipstick is and add it there Same place you check it on an A/T. Under the car on the upper side of the tranny on a manual.
A 2000 Dodge Stratus holds 4.5 quarts of 5w30 with filter change.
Most likely, no. I do not think that a 16 inch wheel will fit over the front caliper.
no its a different pattern but only by a half a cinameter i had taken some chrome rims off my 2003 ram 1500 to put on my wifes 2004 explorer and couldent get them to fit for anything . no its a different pattern but only by a half a cinameter i had taken some chrome rims off my 2003 ram 1500 to put on my wifes 2004 explorer and couldent get them to fit… Read More
If you have the bread, you can do whatever you want to do with it. You would put oversize rims and lower it, or turn it into a music van. Its up to you to put what you like on it. There is no other requirement for pimping a vehicle.
Most wheel and tire websites have the 05 stratus rated at 19 being the biggest you can go. although I do know of people having 20 on their car. so I would have to say that recommended 19. possible 20.
you really don't. it isn't made to be a performance car. its a daily driver. i have one too and there's nothing out there performance wise unless you have the 2.5 V6, then its the normal mods that fit a 2.5 six cylinder. the Stratus is a "complex simple" car.
no the bolt spacing is larger on an '05 than on a '98
Your fan in your 2000 Dodge Stratus will only run when it is switched to the highest setting How do you fix that?
I had the exact same problem with a 1999 Dodge Stratus. I replaced the blower motor resistor twice only to find out that the blower motor itself was the problem. I know others with the same type of car, i.e. Dodge Stratus that had this problem. It turns out that Chrysler must have gotten a bad batch of blower motors form some supplier. I went to the junk yard and got another used blower motor… Read More
can i put 22 inch rims on 1999 mustang
The dodge stratus 2.0 4 cylinder oil sending unit is located on the back of the middle of the block. To remove it we had to take out the transmission to get to it. The only advantage was we got to put a new clutch in the car which is was going to need soon anyway. Once you locate the unit just take a wrench and unscrew it and put the new one in. Please… Read More
i hit he curb and put a hole in the oil pan ,i replace the oil pan now the engine cranks but doent start. what could be the problem
remove the right front wheel and fender liner to access the serpentine belt and tensioner. Belt routing should be under the hood.
yes it can fit on there cause i got a es300 hundred and 20s fit on there Yes they definitely do fit and without rub too. Try getting 20' rims that will allow you to put 225/35/20's on it, otherwise you will scrape/rub and cause alot of damage to the car..
yes u can the lexus has a big brakes in the front so u will need to shave them down or use spacers and u need a 22/8 rim or 22\8.5 inch with a 225/30/22 tire or a 235/30/22 tire and u will be good
You could put on 17 inch rims if you put on lower profile tires of 205-50-17
