Not in the washing machine. You might be able to hand wash it in cold wash.
Kraft glue or elmers glue
Yes, it will.
Yes, it would be good for that.
No, washing up liquid has no use at all as glue.
In Sequin Art, you put pins through sequins and then push the sequins into the polystyrene. In Junior Sequin Art, I think you glue the sequins down instead to make it safer for younger children.
You can attach beads by sewing or gluing them. Sew beads on like you would buttons. If you do glue them make sure you are using a flexible fabric glue for beads or sequins. Make sure the glue dries clear and that you put enough glue to go throught the hole to help hold it. Do not machine wash anything you have glued beads to. They will be chipped or knocked off.
No
NO. -You buy special drill tipped screws for it at the same places you get steel studs.
I found some on Ebay. Or you can make them by purchasing plain black sun glasses then, using a clear glue, glue silver sequins onto one half of the sun glasses. Afterward use smaller silver sequins as you go to the middle.
You most likely have to buy a white glove and carefully glue or attach sequins yourself.
It depends on the fabric glue. Some fabric glues are specifically designed to be "washable", and these are likely to stand up to machine washing ... at least a few times. If you need something that can be washed repeatedly, just bite the bullet and sew it on (though machine washing felt in general can be problematic; wool felt tends to shrink, and acrylic felt tends to melt in the dryer).
Yes, but epoxy would be better.
