Usually the bag of bedding says that the bedding could be used for several types of small animals. Yes, I think you could use "hamster" bedding for a turtle habitat. I know that Carefresh bedding says that it could be used for turtles.
It is ok to reuse unsoiled bedding but you must take out the dirty bedding. You should never reuse the same bedding more than once
Get some cloth and put it in to warm it up or get a little bedding micowave it for 15 second then put in bowl then add hamster. Your hamster should be warm in no time!
This is what you do. There are two things you can do. One is put some milk into a medicene dropper and put it in their mouths. Or buy another girl hamster(same kind) and take some bedding out of the new mom hamster and rub the baby hamsters in it. Put on of the baby hamsters that was rubbed in the new mom's bedding and put it with the new mom. If the mom doesn't eat it do the same things with rest. Hope this helps!

Yes, you can get a dust/sand bath for your hamster. Whatever you do, don't put it under water. It can get easily sick and cold. You can only clean it in water in case of a emergency. A dust bath may cause respiratory problems, and most hamsters don't even roll in it. It is better to get sand because it is safer. Chinchilla sand is good, too. Just sprinkle the dust/sand over the hamster is it doesn't roll in it itself. Try to get as much sand/dust off as you can before letting your hamster run through the cage by stroking it.
Shredded newspaper is fine to use for bedding for any hamster, but if you think you hamster is slightly uncomfortable you can always add some real hamster bedding, it will save you money. :)

You should use bedding in your hamster cage and you should change it and clean the cage every few days. PetProductsByRoyal.com has some nice hamster cages.
It would probably be best to not use tissues for the bedding. You should put some tissue for your hamster to use to make a nest, but not really as a bedding. It is not absorbent enough if there is too few and the hamster may have trouble walking around in the cage if there is too much.

no, cedar and pine are no good for hamsters they may be too dusty and the oils are not good for a hamster to digest; plus cotton is never good, many people say, "cotton bedding does not tangle around my hamsters limbs," my hamster is not sick from eating cotton bedding". but I am not too sure if some people watch there hamster 24/7, but cotton bedding do hurt hamsters it can tangle around limbs, cause digestion problems, and can even cause a hamster to chew its own arm, tail, or anything that is tangled around the hamster's body or limb off. so paper based bedding it the most best chose.

When you purchase a hamster you will need a cage, a bottle, a food bowl, a house, sawdust, bedding, food, and an exercise ball. A wheel is optional. Some hamsters like cardboard tubes to play in too.
The diet of a turtle depends on the species of the turtle. Snapping turtles are carnivores while tortoises are herbivores.
