The best to do is call the school and ask, but assuming that you are an unemancipated minor, I'd *guess* that the answer would be 'no'.
r u joking? if ur not,l probaly not, finish your education.
{| |- | Not all states have emancipation laws, so the first thing is to be living in a state that does have them. If you do, you will have to show the court how you can support yourself without help from your parents. Most states only allow emancipation for minors that are 16 or over. There are a few that will allow younger ones to be emancipated. |}
yesYes, in all 50 states. Although parents have the right to oversee their minor children's welfare they do not have the right to supercede the law.Therefore, a parent can give a minor permission to live with someone else. However, you have to notify child services or a caseworker that the child will be living with someone else.
possibly. since you are 17 i think you can move out legally as long as you are living with some one over 18 years of age.
The 15yo and the friends parent can not decide this by themselves. Unless your parents give permission for you to move you have to contact the Child Protective Service and tell them you are being abused. They will consider and evaluate your friends home when your friends parents let them know they are interested in becoming foster parents. The court will take parental rights from your parents. All this have to go through the legal system. During the time you are living somewhere else they regularly check up and see if it's right for you to stay where you are or not. Your parents can be trying to better themselves etc.
18 is when you can move out without your parents permission
17 as long as you are living in a safe place and are going to school

As a minor you can not move anywhere without their or the courts permission.
What it requires is a court order. Without one, it doesn't matter how "unhappy" the child is, they have to live with their parents.
{| |- | Yes you can. The age of majority in California is 18. Once your reach that age, your parents are no longer responsible for you. |}
no by cali laws- you would be considered a runaway
No

Yes, if you have the permission of your parents or a court order. Otherwise you have to stay until you are 18.
If they have their parents' permission to do so. Otherwise they are considered a runaway.
Can a 16 year old girl who is pregnant and living in Florida move out without parental permission?
