In some circumstances will restore a deleted premium MFC account. It depends on the manner in which the account was deleted. And who deleted it. If it was deleted by administration for a rule violation then yes you can get it back. You'll have to send an email and ask nice. There is no form to it with. If you deleted it yourself by clicking the delete link in "my accounts" options then most likely the answer is no. However despite the warnings and fine print saying the data will be lost forever that is actually not true. all accounts are backed up and saved before they are deleted. MFC keeps the records for various legal reasons but they can restore your account if they want.
Don't expect a response to the email though unless you are a premium platinum member at the least. Even then you would have to be a long time member and or real big spender in order to have a chance at getting your premium account restored.
