How do you fix an xacto 167x pencil sharpener that stopped working after being dropped?

The shaving tray is likely broken. Pull the tray. Look at the face fits up against the pencil sharpener. Is there a 3/8" diameter rough circle about in the middle of that face? If so there used to be a rod attached at that point. You either need to disable the shaving tray placement interlock or find something smooth to replace the 1.5 inch long rod that broke off. We used a bit of brake line tubing. My husband tapped one end to accept a small bolt. He drilled out the rough hole on the tray. He put the bolt through the hole in the tray and screwed the brake line tubing piece on to the bolt. (If you try to go with a 3/8" bolt instead of smooth tubing - you won't be able to take the tray out again. Hope this helps.

How do you master a class in mobsters 2?

I don' know I only mastered one and it didn't even tell me just looked at it and it said it was mastered. Hope this answers your question ---- It's actually quite easy. I'm a merchant of death and how I mastered is quite simple. one of the things you have to do to master Death Merchant is to do a lot of missions with items. So I just played Roll a Drunk a hundred plus times to get the first requirement. After that comes getting 200 items. Easy. Buy 200 xacto knives. Once done, use merchant of death to get better classes like Enforcer which have massive item requirements. Don't worry, if you have merchant class, you get 25% off or so on melee and guns.

Can you make homemade hamster food?

its really simple, take a xacto knife and cut down tghe belly but try not to cut the gust itll stink but you cut from the genetals up to the neck, then the guts will prettymuch just fall out then u pull the meat off the bone and then rip the fur off it, then itll be just a slab of meat, then fry in a pan on about medium and bbq is excellent but my personal favorite is to let it maranade for 12 hoiurn and make into hamster jerkey its awsome try it, i have a giant hamster farm and i feel them all carrots and broccoli so it makes them taste way better its like a side of veggies in your meat. good luck i hope i helped

How do you make a Nerf longshot shoot farther?

Look it up on Google or NerfHaven or Youtube. As far as I know, there are air restricters on the back of the bullet casings on the ammo belt. If you take those out with a box cutter or xacto knife, then you should be fine.

How to Make An Incredible Leather Mask-- Easily!?

If you've ever researched leather masks, you've seen how appallingly expensive they can be. This is because leather masks last for years, and they make a stunning, comfortable topper for a costume. You can create a mask which will affix directly to your head by a headband, or one which is on a stick, like a classic costume-party mask, so you don't have to be behind a mask all night. This article is a tutorial on how to make your own, professional quality mask. You're likely to enjoy the process enough that you'll want to make more than one. For this project, you will need wire, air dry modeling clay, paper mache, shellac, a generous amount of vegetable tanned leather, scissors, an Xacto knife, leather stain or acrylic paints and paintbrushes, and an elastic headband or stick to use to mount your mask. Various metal tools like keys or knitting needles to give the wet leather a stamped texture are optional. First of all, you will need to design your mask. It doesn't need to be beautiful, but you do want to plan things out beforehand. Remember to make allowances for generous breathing holes and eyeholes. If you'd like to drink during the evening, allow for this as well. Once you have this figured out, you will need to make the foundation for your mask. Use the wire and air dry clay to create the understructure of the mask. This is not the mask you will actually wear, but the form you will mold the leather to, so don't worry about creating breathing holes and such. Let the clay dry as long as the directions state. The clay will probably crack, and this is what the paper mache is for. When the mask is dry, make a paste of flour and water to dip your shreds of paper mache material in. Let every two or three layers dry completely, so that your mask model doesn't grow mold. Use toilet paper paper mache to create the fine details of your mask. When it is finished, shellac the model with your waterproof gloss of choice. Once this form is dry, cut your vegetable tanned leather to size. Make it slightly larger than you plan for your mask to be, because it will shrink. Don't cut out the eyes or nose yet, just the outline. Now boil the leather for about half an hour, or until the leather stops hissing. Carefully place the wet leather on your mask. It will dry tightly against the form. Before it dries all the way, use metal objects to stamp texture into the mask, like scales or feathers. When the leather is completely dry, you can use the Xacto knife to cut out the eyes, nose, and mask. Paint your mask with leather stain or acrylic paints, and it is finished. If you've made your mold carefully, you will be able to use it again for many more masks in the future.

How do you stick on decals on a car?

PRECAUTIONS: Do not attempt to apply vehicle graphics in the rain or wind- You WILL have problems. Also, graphics will not adhere as well in cold weather. A decal usually consists of three layers. The "transfer tape" is on top, the "vinyl graphic" is in the middle, and the "backing" is, of course, on the back. TOOLS NEEDED: - Windex or Rubbing Alcohol and a Rag or Paper Towels- Masking Tape- Tape Measure- Plastic Squeegee (A credit card will usually work if you don't have one)- Xacto blade (To pop any bubbles) PROCEDURE: 1. Be sure to clean the surface of the vehicle completely 2. Completely Dry the area that has been cleaned. 3. Tear off two pieces of masking tape about 2"-3", attach to top of decal and roughly position the decal where you want it. 4. Use a tape measure to level out the decal releasing one side of the masking tape at a time and moving that side, then re-sticking the tape when the decal reaches the correct position.TIPS: When measuring, always measure to a middle body line, not the top of a vehicle otherwise your decal will end up crooked. Also, if measuring to text, curved letters or numbers like "6", "O", etc. will be slightly taller than flat letters or numbers like "E" and "1" so you should always measure letter on each end that are either both round or both flat. 5. Once the decal is level where you want it, create a solid tape "hinge" along the entire bottom of the decal (meaning the tape will be halfway on the decal and halfway on the vehicle) 6. Remove the pieces of tape at the top of the decal and fold the decal down along your new tape hinge. 7. Carefully remove the backing of the decal (Starting at the tape hinge usually works best rather than at the top edge) 8. Now, holding the transfer tape layer at the top of the decal, raise it up until it is a few inches away from the surface. 9. Use the squeegee or credit card to begin pressing the decal on in the following manner: Always start at the bottom along the tape hinge and make sure this goes on without wrinkling. Always start from the center and work your way to the edges using overlapping strokes. USE FIRM PRESSURE TO AVOID BUBBLES! 10. Once you have squeegeed on the entire decal, carefully peel off the transfer tape. 11. If you have bubbles, pop with Xacto blade. If you have wrinkles, use a hair dryer or heat gun to heat the decal and iron them out with the back side of your fingernail. This is a basic install instruction set. Things can get really messy, really easily. There are other methods used for specialty scenerios. If you are not comfortable with installing the decals yourself, pay the company that made them to do it- if they screw it up, they replace it. If you screw it up, you're out of luck. Good Luck!

How can you get semi gloss water base paint off an oil painting?

It will depend on how old the oil painting is and how long the water base paint has been on it. If it has completely dried I would say there is probably not a whole lot you can do except paint over it. If it's wet or not entirely dried yet, you could take hot water and dish soap, scrub lightly with a toothbrush, then dab the painting with a damp wash cloth. Below is a harder method: If you or someone you trust has a very stable sturdy hand, you or they, might be able to take an Xacto knife and scrape it off. CAREFULLY. If this painting is stretched and stapled to stretcher bars, then you want to make sure you put something solid (and about the same width as the stretcher bar) underneath the spot on the canvas. The reason is that something too wide underneath could cause it to stretch outward and deform the canvas, likewise something too shallow could cause it to stretch inward with the same affect; but you need to have something solid underneath so you can apply a little pressure. Overall, I'd say your best bet is to paint over it if possible. I'd hate for you to puncture it while scraping then have a gaping hole. Which would be even harder to fix. To get more advice you could call your local Art or Framing store (Michaels might be able to help you, too). Hope this helps!
