you can use the same exact transmission for both engines. they mount up direct and will not cause any problems. the B18 and B20 engines are a direct swap for the most part, just plug and play. but basically if you have the B18B ecu and b18b tranny, intake manifold, distributer and so on.. you can swap everything over

To replace the clutch plate in a TTR 125 drain the engine oil, disengage the engine skidplate and the starter motor. This is a common issue with this model of Yamaha dirtbikes.

To replace the transmission clutch on any stick shift vehicle, remove the engine and/or transmission. The engine and transmission must be separated since the clutch is between them. Pull the flywheel and have it resurfaced. replace the flywheel, following recommended procedures. Use a new pilot bushing/glan nut. Replace the clutch disk using a NEW pressure plate assembly and be certain to align the disk using a pilot shaft. Re-install the engine/transmission in the reverse order that you took it/them out.
You have to remove the engine and gearbox. you will need a engine crane. Once you have the engine and box out, remove gearbox from engine and replace clutch, Refit gearbox to engine, put engine and gearbox back in car. Easy job if you have access to a engine crane.
