Yes but you will also have to remove the valve cover, rocker arms and push rods. If your using the old parts over keep them in order and replace them in the same position as they came out.
Not that difficult but the 350, 5.7Liter has hydraulic lifters and you must be sure the oil hole is lined up with oil hole in block
Yes.
yes, I have the same block with those lifters in it. It is drilled for the lifter "dogbones"
NO. The 86 is not a roller block.
You have to pull tranny. it is sandwiched between that & block, but pretty straight forward.
It is used to replace valve seals on many automotive engines without removing the cylinder head from the block.
through the lifters then through the push rods
You don't. You use a shim between the block and head.
Firewall side of the engine block, couple of bolts hold it to the block, pull straight away from the block when removing as crank sensor, (extending approx. 2-3" long into the block), is mounted directly behind it to the coil/module base
A block in volleyball is when you jump up straight with you hands straight and you block a spike.
There are some units that replace the oil dipstick There are some units that require removing a freeplug and replacing with blockheater
Could be, Out of adjustment Worn camshaft Worn lifters Worn pushrods Worn rockers All of the above.
