Yes you can.... 1. you can go to the brake shop (but make sure you bring a big fat wallet with you) or 2. Go to your local auto parts store and buy some flex line. it bends easy for the tight areas ( if u have any ) and cost is only $7.00 for 7ft.
Hook onto your hose housing ( around the front driver's side tire area ) and run it to the back or wherever the line is rusted. Brake shop charges $ 400- $475. Do it yourself $25-45.

Each brake line is held in place with a swivel nut at each end. Turn the swivel nut to the left. The brake line will come off.
If it is only on the outside of the backing plate, it will be the brake line. If it is on the insede it will be the wheel cylinder needing replaced.

Jack that wheel up off the ground, Then loosen the rubber brake line up on the brake cailber and see if wheel will turn free, If it don't then replace cailber. If it does then replace the rubber brake line that is on the cailber. After you jack the wheel up pump the brake pedal real good before you loosen the line up.
take the old one off, put a new one on.
