Probably not...
here is my last letter to Toyota..
TOYOTA Motor Corporation Headquarters
Address: 4-18, Koraku 1-chome, Bunkyo, Tokyo, Tokyo Prefecture, Kanto, Japan

To whomever it may concern;
I am writing to kindly request a return and refund for the 2010 Toyota Camry that I purchased last year (in cash) as a birthday present for my wife.
Over the years, we have been loyal Toyota customers (I have owned two other Toyotas in the past, and both by daughters drive Corollas). Even before accelerator problems had become known to everyone my wife complained about unwanted acceleration at which time I did not pay too much attention to it.
Unfortunately, due to the recently discovered defects (the floor mat issue, as well as the sticky accelerator pedal) and ongoing class action lawsuits against Toyota concerning faulty ECS-i modules, my wife has lost confidence in her vehicle and is afraid to drive it.
As a result of all of that her new car has been sitting useless in the garage for the last three months (with only just over 5000km on it).
Even my several efforts to trade in that car resulted in the failure since not even one wanted to take it in, even at severely discounted price.
I have paid in cash for what I assumed was a very good car and I ended up with useless dangerous vehicle which nobody wants.
It feels like being robbed by your company and that is why I want my money back.
I wrote a letter to Toyota Canada about two weeks ago on Thursday, January-28-10 but till today I did not get any answer in writing which is surprising considering the fact Toyota claims "Our goal is to continue to earn customers trust each and every day"

so far.. nothing
You can return it to have it repaired under the recall at no cost to you for the recall.
There is no recall for the Toyota 4runner transmission. Some Toyota's have had break problems that may have started the recall rumors on some Toyota products but, there is no recall for the Toyota 4runner transmission.
ere a recall on 2003 Rav4?
The last recall done by Toyota was on April 10, 2013 for windshield wiper and airbag issues. It was their first recall this year. Their last recall was on October 16, 2012.
It depends on whether you efiled or mailed your return. If you efiled, you should have your refund (I assume you meant refund and not return) within two weeks at the latest. If you mailed your return, you can expect your refund within 6 weeks.
Ask them to replace it/ return it/ refund you
Yes, the Toyota recalls included SUV's. The RAV4, Highlander and Sequoia were included. For more information on the recalled Toyota's, visit http://www.toyota.com/recall/.

In the U.S., your federal income tax refund does not count as taxable income for the next year. If you receive a refund from your state, and you itemized your deductions on the federal return, then the state refund will count as income on your federal return. (If you didn't itemize, then your state refund won't count as income.)
you have the question just answer it
If you mean get a refund its not possible.
