A properly secured (affixed), approved safety harness would be one, eye protection another. I'm sure there are others. but these two come to mind first. Also proper ladders, scaffoldings and handrails. though they're not ppe proper, but sure are necessary.
Generally, not. The reactor pressure vessel is too radioactive to handle and, even if you could do that, the contamination of the various plant systems would cost too much to properly decontaminate. Only one facility has been successfully decontaminated after operation - and that was the Shoreham Nuclear Power Plant in New York - but it only operated for the equivalent of one day at 5% power - a normal plant with long term operation history would never be able to be adequately decontaminated and allowed to be "walked away from".

The world will reuse its plastic to save oil
We can reuse plastic forks. But that's not all, we can reuse water bottles.
Disposable PPE is supposed to be used only once. Even if you decontaminate it, it can fail in other ways such as seals being distorted or broken. One should always follow manufacturers directions regarding reuse.
Employees must know:When the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is requiredHow to select the appropriate PPEHow to properly use the PPEHow to inspect PPE for defects and wearHow to store and maintain reusable PPEWhen and how to dispose of PPE
Yes, absolutely! As long as you're using the grain properly, it's not stained or torn, and is large enough for cutting, you can reuse fabric.
