Yes and no.
It can depend on the condition of the coolant and type of antifreeze used.
Some vehicle engines produce more rusts and corrosion than others.
Some types of antifreeze are rated for a longer use than a regular maintenance schedule.
Sometimes it is better to replace coolant with a new mix before a regular maintenance schedule. (Distilled water is suggested to be used for an antifreeze mix, use of tap water can potentially degrade the performance of an anti-freeze mix sooner )
Yes, if the coolant is still clean and has not been in the system for long. But if you are changing the coolant at the recommended mileage of your cars manual then it should not be reused.
The everglades have not been drained.
The process of coolant filtration is actually a somewhat complicated process. Basically though the coolant filters allow recirculation and reuse of liquid coolant.

The radiator can be drained by removing the lower hose clamp and catching the coolant in a large pan. There isn't much of an easier way to do it.Be careful to open the metal clamp carefully, as you will have to reuse the clamp (or you can remove that expandable metal clamp and replace it with a 'screw' clamp that would make this process easier in the future.
through the overflow bottle
Remove the drain plug from the bottom of the radiator. Allow the coolant to completely drained out. Replace the drain plug to its original position. Fill the radiator with new coolant.
If the entire coolant system was drained or parts of it opened it is highly recommended to get the special tool which draws a vacuum then replaces it with coolant. This is because it is easy to airlock many parts of the coolant system.
The engine coolant drain plug on a Mitsubishi V6 engine is located on the bottom of the radiator. This allows for coolant to be quickly and easily drained.
In systems that do not have a radiator cap, the coolant is drained by the radiator drain plug. It is filled by adding coolant to the system through the overflow bottle.
One flushes a radiator by draining the radiator, rincing the radiator, and then by adding a new coolant. One should remember that the drained coolant is toxic.
Remove the drain plug from the bottom of your 2002 Chevy Camaro radiator. Allow the coolant to drain out into a container. When all the coolant is drained out replace the drain plug to its original position. Fill the radiator with new coolant.
