Yes. But recall that you can only actually serve two terms. You can run as many times as you like until you win and serve that second term, then you're not eligible to run again. If your question is one like can you serve more than two terms as President, the answer is no.

∙ 9y agoI believe that the following is true but I am not certain: a president can serve more than two terms if for whatever reason he is called upon to complete less than half of his predecessor's term. In that case he can run for two full terms of his own. If this is technically correct, it has not yet been done. No one can run (at this time) for more than 2 terms.
